Motlow State student Julie Newton Anderson, from Winchester, received the Trustmark Workforce Development Scholarship; a $200 scholarship awarded to 25 members of Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society. Recipients plan to enter the workforce upon the completion of an associate degree or certification.
