Hospitality: Hotel Management Concentration

An Associate of Applied Science in Hospitality Management enables you to take a creative spin on the service industry and find careers in unique locales like country clubs, cruise ships, amusement parks, sports arenas, restaurants, and resorts.
Hospitality Management covers elements of food service, business management, travel, and tourism so that, through experiential learning, you can build a thriving career wherever life takes you. Our curriculum will teach you everything from curating an appealing tourism experience to operating a commercial kitchen. In only two years, you can be on your way to becoming an event coordinator, chef, cruise director, travel agent, and more.
While working toward this degree, you will earn two certifications that further credential you in whichever Hospitality segment you choose. Students will obtain their ServSafe Food Handler certificate from the National Restaurant Association, an industry-recognized organization. Students will also earn a certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute that represents exceptional service.
