Intent to Graduate

Intent to Graduate Form

During your sophomore year at Motlow, you begin to consider graduation. The first step is to meet with a faculty academic advisor, who will determine if you qualify to graduate. Please make the appointment before the end of your first sophomore semester.

Follow the Below Steps

1. Complete your Intent to Graduate form in MyMotlow
   
   • Fall 2025 graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by November 1
   • Spring and Summer 2026 graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by March 15
2. In MyMotlow, select “Dashboard/Forms” from the left-hand side of Student Profile
3. Scroll to “Student Forms” and select Intent to Graduate
