Intent to Graduate Form
During your sophomore year at Motlow, you begin to consider graduation. The first step is to meet with a faculty academic advisor, who will determine if you qualify to graduate. Please make the appointment before the end of your first sophomore semester.
Follow the Below Steps
- Complete your Intent to Graduate form in MyMotlow
- Fall 2025 graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by November 1
- Spring and Summer 2026 graduates complete Intent to Graduate form by March 15
- In MyMotlow, select the Student Tab
- Select Admissions and Records Forms
- Select Intent to Graduate Application Form
