Dear Colleagues Email News Transitions to Momentum

Regular Dear Colleagues messages resume this week, coming to an inbox near you in a reinvented format called Momentum. 

In the past, EA regularly sent all employees a Dear Colleges email with brief updates on what’s happening at Motlow. We organize these dispatches with a quick snackable bite of insight that links to more details and graphics.

Using email for messages that include a lot of graphics is challenging. So, we’ve re-invented Dear Colleagues emails into an internal employee newsletter called Momentum. The new format will make it easier to share the great photography, many faces, and wonderful examples central to sharing great news about all the momentum taking place at Motlow. 

By reimagining Dear Colleagues as the Momentum newsletter, we’ll have the structure, space, and resources to share more details--for those who want deeper insight while ensuring there’s a high level snackable tidbit of news we can all share, as well as a quick link to the deeper details.

With Momentum, we'll even have room to talk shop, share more kudos, and reveal behind-the-scenes insights on what’s happening to make the momentum possible. Best of all, Momentum news will be permanently archived and accessible on the website to employees. So, if you ever need to revisit a news item, you no longer have to search old emails!

We want Momentum to foster internal dialog and fuel an atmosphere of sharing.
