Motlow State Theatre Presents Heathers: The Musical

Motlow State Community College announces the presentation of Heathers: The Musical on April 18, 19, and 20 at 7 p.m. Tickets are $5 for anyone who has a Motlow ID and $10 for all other attendees. This play is intended for audiences 16 and over as the story contains mature themes and situations as well as adult language.

Heathers: The Musical is based on the 1989 film starring Winona Ryder and Christian Slater. The dark comedy follows Veronica Sawyer, a student at Westerberg High School. Veronica is a member of the most popular clique at her school, led by three girls all named Heather. When Veronica abandons the clique to date the mysterious new student J.D., everything in her life takes a dark turn.
