Strayer University will accept application from Motlow students who want to transfer into any related bachelor’s degree program. Students must have a cumulative GPA of 2.0 or higher to be guaranteed admission to Strayer.
Motlow students who have completed, or will complete, an associate degree by the time they enroll at Stayer will be exempt from paying the Strayer University application fee.
The maximum number of transfer credits is 84 semester hours. All courses required to complete the specific associate degree program will be transferred into the bachelor’s program in their entirety. Grades of “C” and “D” will transfer in as well, allowing the student to complete their related degree program at Strayer in about two years of full-time study. Prior Learning Activity (PLA) and other life experiences credits already evaluated as part of the associate degree program will be brought in with the degree.
The curriculum in effect when a student first enrolls at Motlow will be honored by Strayer if the student completes an associate degree and successfully transfers within seven years of that first enrollment.
