Motlow State Community College's Early College Program at LaVergne High School in Rutherford County allows high school students to obtain their associate degrees from Motlow as part of their high school curriculum. Two graduates from this year's cohort of Early College Graduates are 2024 recipients of the prestigious Gates Foundation Scholarship.

Student Government Association
The Student Government Association (SGA) is an elected group of students representing the needs of Motlow's student body, led by a president elected by the entire student body.
SGA represents the student body at events on Motlow's campuses, including the college's Leadership Council. SGA is involved in planning and executing events on every campus, from Weeks of Welcome to finals week celebrations. All Motlow students are encouraged to attend SGA meetings and voice their concerns or ideas.

Graduation day is the culmination of your hard work. A degree from Motlow empowers you to advance to your next level.
You have a vast array of support services while you are a student at Motlow. All are designed to work together to assist you towards your goal. If that goal is graduation, then the time to start planning is when you enroll at Motlow. There are multiple steps required in addition to completing your coursework.
RECENT NEWS POSTS
Motlow State's Moore County campus is re-introducing the Adult College Express (ACE) program after a pandemic-related hiatus. This program targets non-traditional adult students and makes earning an Associate of Science degree in General Studies possible in seven semesters.
On April 10, Motlow State Community College honored students at its annual Student Academic and Leadership Awards Ceremony held at the Moore County campus. Students from Moore, Coffee, Franklin, Lincoln, Rutherford, White, Warren, Van Buren, Dekalb, Cannon, and Bedford counties received departmental and honor society awards.
Motlow State Community College left the Tennessee Board of Regents' Sixth Annual Statewide Outstanding Achievement Awards (SOAR) event with the Partnership Award for their three generations of partnership with the Gleghorn-Dempsey family.
